If you have never tried indoor bowls or want to develop your bowling skills further, come along and join our friendly group. We play social roll up.

Tuesdays 12:30 – 3.00pm
Every 3rd Wednesday of the month, a bus trip is organised for members to head off on a day's adventure. We depart from the club at 9.30am and aback before 4pm. This is a very popular event amongst our members and seats go quickly.
Thanks to City of Canning for providing small busses for the club's use. Check our notice board for our latest trip on offer.

This is a class for mature seniors at all levels of fitness. No need for fancy gym outfits. Comfortable clothing and walking shoes are all that is needed. Our fitness trainer combines low impact, strength, stretching, cardio, balance, coordination together with fun and laughter. We do a combination of standing and sitting exercises.

Come along and let our line dance instructor, Kerryl, teach you a fun new skill. Dancing is a low impact form of movement which will also help keep your mind sharp. We dance to a variety of music.
Line dancing is an individual activity, no partners required but couples are welcome.

Everyone is welcome to join our dance classes.
Brenda and Barbara are now on hand Monday afternoons to teach the Western version of Mahjong. While Tuesday and Friday afternoons Henny and Tommy will be teaching the Eastern version. These classes offer an opportunity to socialise and try something new.

Our instructor is highly qualified in the Yang form of Tai Chi, with over 30 years' experience and has been with our club for 25 years.
Ros is very dedicated and offers expert instruction to both beginners and the more practiced class members, the benefits are so rewarding. Ros and the other members offer friendly support and encouragement.

Joining the Queens Park Seniors Club is a wonderful way to connect with fellow seniors, participate in engaging activities and enjoy a friendly and supportive community. In addition to activities the club also has:
- a lending library that has a range of small and large print books and a variety of 500 to 2000 piece jigsaw puzzles to borrow
- a variety of board games, which might take you back to your childhood, are also available to borrow
- book swop for avid readers
- craft table selling hand made treasurers
- if you would like a bit more of an active role there are opportunities to help with the daily administration of the club or event planning by becoming a volunteer committee member.
